I like the wind in the background. I wouldn't call this song strange. It was a good experiment. What I think most people will try to explain to you is that there is a lot of brilliance mixed with mediocrity, and it keeps them on the fence of liking/disliking. You can pretty much chart the facial expression like this:

Could you make another song with the piano play that starts at 1:00? I would keep experimenting with that if I were you. It is the redeeming and invigorating part of this song, but sounds more like daylight than moonlight to me.

This new song you could make with 1:00 needs less electronic claps and more classical compliments, like a cello string sample.
